Annissa found her passion for architecture watching her grandpa build masterful replica furniture in his woodshop. That early love of craft and precision never left her. With over 18 years of experience at both medium and large firms, she brings the expertise of a big firm with the personal attention only a small, focused practice can offer.

She has devoted her career to her hometown of Youngstown, OH and is honored to be part of its downtown renaissance. As founder of a woman-owned firm, Annissa built A. Neider Architecture on a straightforward belief: clients deserve honest guidance, real collaboration, and an architect who stays involved from the first conversation through construction close-out.

Emily is a registered architect in Ohio and a LEED Accredited Professional. She brings experience from firms across the country — Berkeley, CA, Washington D.C., Louisville, KY, and Cincinnati, OH — and has been a core part of the ANA team for four years.

Her project experience spans renovation and new construction across corporate interiors, science laboratories, educational facilities, industrial spaces, multi-family residential, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial/retail work in both the U.S. and Canada.

A Canfield native, Alissa earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Cincinnati, participating in the Co-op program that brought her to firms across the country. During school breaks she returned to Youngstown to intern at ANA — and joined the team full-time after graduating.

Alissa is building her experience across renovation and new construction in a wide range of commercial project types, including multi-family residential, hospitality, mixed-use, municipal, and historic preservation.
